1. Job Requisition:
- Support to handle recruitment and hiring activities with each recruitment channels such as handling incoming applications and collating received documentations, scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
- Follow-up and maintain Store staff’s documents in HR P-files.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Support on onboarding process for all positions in Store Operations functions.
- Maintain HR manual and related forms on UMIX.
- Assisting in the planning & implantation of company events.
- Assist with the general day to day Store HR administrative tasks.
2. Job Requirement:
- Have good command of English skill (required both reading, writing and speaking skill)
- Good customer service mind-set
- Good skill on Microsoft Offices. Especially Excel.
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
